Our Management

The management team at Boylan Marble & Terrazzo Restoration Ltd. is comprised of professionals with extensive experience in stone restoration and general business matters.

Tom Boylan, President
Mr. Boylan, a United States Marine Corp veteran, is the owner and visionary of Boylan Marble & Terrazzo Restoration Ltd. He oversees the quality of workmanship and customer service.  Mr. Boylan has an extensive background in the care, restoration and repair of natural stone and terrazzo.  He has many industry certifications.  Mr. Boylan's vision and dedication is to provide environmentally friendly and sustainable care and restoration of natural stone and terrazzo.

Dr. Fred Hueston, Technical Director
Dr. Hueston, a technical consultant for Boylan Marble & Terrazzo Restoration Ltd. since 1998, became our Technical Director in 2007.  Dr. Hueston is a world renowned stone expert and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical and Physical Science from the University of Central Florida and a PhD in Technical Science from Bridgewater University.  He is currently the only individual who is recognized by the IICRC to train other stone inspectors.  He is a founding member of the International Association of Stone Restoration and Conservation, director for the National Training Center for Stone & Masonry Trade and instructor for Master and Senior Level Craftsman Certification.

Dr. Hueston has served as technical advisor, specification writer and problem solver for the United States Government (US Government Office of Architect of the Capitol in Washington, D.C., Federal Court of Appeals in San Francisco, Kennedy Space Center), State and County Governments (Ohio State Capitol and Senate Buildings, Los Angeles County Library), as well as many US and International Companies (Latirete International, Coca-Cola, Walt Disney).  This is a small list of the entities served by Dr. Hueston and for a complete list, you may contact us directly.

Jennifer Boylan, Board of Directors Vice President and Treasurer
Jennifer graduated Suma Cum Laude with a BS in Accounting from LeMoyne College.  Jennifer has an extensive background in accounting and bookkeeping, including working as an accountant for Marquardt Switches in Cazenovia, NY, and bookkeeper and children's ministry coordinator for Believers' Chapel.  Since 2005, Jennifer has been on the Board of Directors as Vice President and Treasurer of our company.

Our Administrative Staff

Trevor Williams, Sales Representative and Safety Officer
Trevor joined Boylan Marble & Terrazzo Restoration Ltd. in 2006.  For the 30 years prior to joining Boylan Marble & Terrazzo Restoration Ltd., Trevor was Partner/Owner of a local travel agency.  He was a Major in the United States Army Reserves before retiring after 23 years of service.  Trevor was a Member of the Board of Directors of the United Way of Oneida, NY and Greater Chamber of Commerce of Oneida, where he served as President.  Trevor recently received his certificate for completing the OSHA training Course.

Adnan Ahmetovic, Accounting Manager
Adnan graduated from SUNY IT with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business Management.  He joined Boylan Marble & Terrazzo Restoration Ltd. in 2007 and his responsibilities include accounting and IT.
